Contest Rules

1. No purchase necessary.

2. Contests are open to full-time residents of Florida, USA.

3. Contest registrants and winners must be 18 years of age or older to participate.

4. Difficulties with phone lines to enter the contest or getting to the POWER UP RADIO TV & THE 6TH BOROUGH (DENISE CASALE AT POWER UP RADIO TV LLC) studios to claim prizes are not the responsibility of POWER UP RADIO TV & THE 6TH BOROUGH SHOW (DENISE CASALE, POWER UP HOLDINGS LLC).

5. All applicable federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Therefore, winners must present a valid Social Security Card to claim a prize valued at $600USD or more.

6. Employees, associates, interns, other related sponsors of (DENISE CASALE POWER UP RADIO TV LLC SHOW) and our parent company, POWER UP HOLDINGS, LLC, and their immediate families, and any employees from other radio stations shall be ineligible to participate in any contest. The term "immediate families" includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children, and grandchildren.

7. Once you have won a contest, neither you nor any member of your family or household can win this or another WIRK-HD3 (POWER UP HOLDINGS, LLC, DENISE CASALE POWER UP RADIO TV LLC) contest for 30 Days.

8. All cash prizes will be awarded in the form of a check that must be picked up at the POWER UP RADIO TV STUDIO) during contest fulfillment hours.

9. There will be no substitution for prizes. Participation in the contests and the prizes awarded are non-transferable. Failure to collect a prize within 30 days constitutes forfeiture of the prize. If forfeited, the prize will remain the property of (POWER UP HOLDINGS, LLC, DENISE CASALE POWER UP RADIO TV LLC), and another winner may be selected.

10. By participating in (POWER UP HOLDINGS, LLC, DENISE CASALE POWER UP RADIO TV LLC, THE 6TH BOROUGH SHOW) contests, winners and contestants grant permission to (POWER UP HOLDINGS, LLC, DENISE CASALE POWER UP RADIO TV LLC, THE 6TH BOROUGH SHOW) to use their name, photograph, voice, and or likeness for advertising and or publicity purposes without additional consideration.

11. POWER UP HOLDINGS, LLC, DENISE CASALE POWER UP RADIO TV LLC, THE 6TH BOROUGH SHOW) reserves the right to make rules or contest changes without notice at any time. POWER UP HOLDINGS, LLC, DENISE CASALE POWER UP RADIO TV LLC, THE 6TH BOROUGH SHOW) also reserves the right to change contest dates without notice.

12. The decision of the POWER UP HOLDINGS, LLC, DENISE CASALE POWER UP RADIO TV LLC, THE 6TH BOROUGH SHOW) management to interpret these rules is final. By participating, persons agree to be bound by the judges' decisions and the official rules.

13. If a winner violates any of these rules, they may be required to forfeit their prize.

14. POWER UP HOLDINGS, LLC, DENISE CASALE POWER UP RADIO TV LLC, THE 6TH BOROUGH SHOW), its representatives, agencies, and employees are not responsible for any liabilities arising directly or indirectly from the award and or use of the prize.

15. Failure to observe any of the above rules absolves POWER UP HOLDINGS, LLC, DENISE CASALE POWER UP RADIO TV LLC, THE 6TH BOROUGH SHOW) of any and all liability, and no prize awards will be considered for reimbursement.

16. Additional rules may be added for specific contests at the station's discretion.

18. By registering to win, you authorize POWER UP HOLDINGS, LLC, DENISE CASALE POWER UP RADIO TV LLC, THE 6TH BOROUGH SHOW)  to share your information with third parties. These third parties may contact you, mail you material, or send links to other third-party websites or applications that are not owned or controlled by POWER UP HOLDINGS, LLC, DENISE CASALE POWER UP RADIO TV LLC, THE 6TH BOROUGH SHOW) and our parent company POWER UP HOLDINGS LLC. POWER UP HOLDINGS, LLC, DENISE CASALE POWER UP RADIO TV LLC, THE 6TH BOROUGH SHOW) and its subsidiaries have no control over and assume no responsibility for any third-party website or application's products, services, content, privacy policies, or practices. POWER UP HOLDINGS, LLC, DENISE CASALE POWER UP RADIO TV LLC, THE 6TH BOROUGH SHOW) and our parent company, POWER UP HOLDINGS LLC, are unable and unwilling to censor or edit the content of any third-party website or application. By registering to win, you expressly relieve POWER UP HOLDINGS, LLC, DENISE CASALE POWER UP RADIO TV LLC, THE 6TH BOROUGH SHOW) and our parent company, POWER UP HOLDINGS LLC, and its subsidiaries, from all liability arising from your use of any linked third-party website or application. Accordingly, we encourage you to be aware when you leave our website and read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of each website or application you access or use. Prize Fulfillment Days and Hours:

Monday through Friday 10 am - 4 pm

(excluding national holidays)

Prize redemption expires 30 days from the day you win your prize.

You must bring a valid government-issued photo ID (license, passport).

The winners must pick up their prizes since prizes will not be sent by mail.

Prize winners are ineligible to win the same prize again or any other prize for 30 days from the date a prize was won

POWER UP RADIO TV & THE 6TH BOROUGH ADVERTISING POLICY: For value received, the undersigned, jointly and severally, unconditionally guarantees the full, prompt and complete payment and performance by advertiser of all obligations under the foregoing Agreement, and also agrees to pay all amounts owed under this Agreement 30 days from the start date of any invoice mailed by STATIONS. If payment is not made within this period or if the advertiser fails to comply with, any other terms of this Agreement or the terms per the Station Credit Application, the Advertiser is in default under this Agreement and is responsible for all amounts due and owing STATIONS, in addition to all collection costs, including but not limited to collection agency fees, court cost, interest and any attorney’s fees. Accounts in default as set forth above shall be charged interest at the rate of 1.5% per month.

This Agreement is enforceable by STATIONS without having to resort to any remedies or measures other than those required by law. The STATIONS are not waiving any rights it may have to enforce this Agreement or its obligations. Payment for radio advertising purchased from STATIONS and funded by cooperative or vendor sources is the sole responsibility of the undersigned advertiser. All checks returned for nonpayment are subject to a $25.00 fee to be paid by the party whose check was returned.

Any changes to this Agreement must be presented in writing to STATIONS at least (2) weeks before the proposed change. The advertiser is responsible for all sums owing as a result of any change. Proposed changes are subject to the approval of STATIONS. Agreements are non-cancelable by advertiser. In the event an advertiser cancels an Agreement, Advertiser will be responsible for the difference between rate card and the negotiated contract spot rate (Short Rate) for any advertising that has previously aired within the dates of said contract. In the event of cancellation, the Advertiser will also incur costs associated with on-air, on-site, production, promotion or any other services that were deemed as “Added Value” by the radio station in the original agreement.

Stations can cancel agreement with advertiser with two weeks’ notice.

POWER UP RADIO TV LLC and the parties to this advertising agreement affirm that nothing in this agreement, or any of the actions, benefits and obligations relating to it, discriminate in any way on the basis of race or gender.
